Day-to-day website maintenance and updates of the Saint Cecilia website are among my responsibilities as the digital and print media coordinator. The website is hosted on WordPress, a platform I am incredibly familiar with. My tasks generally include:

• Creating/updating banners for the homepage (ex. the iGive banner as seen on the left, special events, announcements, etc.)

• Updating existing pages with new information and/or new layouts (ex. our Children’s Faith Formation page was refreshed with the onboarding of our Director of Family and Youth Faith Formation)

• Creating new pages for liturgical seasons, schedules, event registration, etc. (ex. the Holy Week schedule as seen below with Mass times and livestream links)

• Creating forms using Gravity Forms for faith formation and retreat registration

• Uploading the weekly bulletin

Additionally, I am one of the key staff members involved in the current website redesign process. Motivated by our desire to update and streamline our website, I have helped guide the design and UI elements of the redesign.
